These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CatchFood website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using CatchFood, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
1. Introduction
The Platform is operated by Pisces eServices Private Ltd. (“CatchFood,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
CatchFood connects customers (“Users”) with restaurants, food providers, and delivery partners (“Merchants”) to order food and related products conveniently online.
Your use of CatchFood is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published on our website. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the Platform in a way that may harm, disable, or disrupt the system or other users.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or extract data.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate any of these conditions.
3. Account Registration
To place an order, you may need to create a CatchFood account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
CatchFood is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact support@catchfood.com immediately.
4. Orders and Payments
When you place an order through CatchFood:
- You are making an offer to purchase from the selected restaurant.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant.
- Prices, menu items, and availability are determined by the restaurant and may change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners. By submitting payment details, you authorize CatchFood or its partners to charge the applicable amount for your order.

5. Delivery and Cancellations
Delivery times are estimates and depend on restaurant preparation and rider availability. While we strive to deliver promptly, CatchFood cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Cancellations are subject to the restaurant’s policy. Orders that are already being prepared or dispatched may not be canceled or refunded.
If you experience issues with your order (missing items, wrong order, or quality concerns), please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
6. Pricing, Offers, and Promotions
All prices displayed on CatchFood are set by restaurants and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Promotions, discounts, or offers may be subject to specific terms and may change or expire without notice.
CatchFood reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design on the CatchFood Platform, is the property of CatchFood or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from CatchFood.
“CatchFood” and all related logos or trademarks are owned by Pisces eServices Private Ltd.
8. Third-Party Services
CatchFood works with third-party restaurants, delivery partners, and payment providers.
While we make every effort to partner with reliable vendors, CatchFood is not responsible for:
- The actions, quality, or performance of restaurants or delivery partners.
- Any loss or damage arising from third-party services.
All restaurant and delivery partners operate independently and are not employees or agents of CatchFood.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- CatchFood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
- Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for your order in question.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so these may not apply to you.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we believe:
- You have violated these Terms, or
- Your actions may cause harm to CatchFood, other users, or merchants.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@catchfood.com.
Termination does not affect any outstanding orders, payments, or rights that have already accrued.
11. Changes to These Terms
CatchFood may update these Terms occasionally to reflect business, technical, or legal changes.
The latest version will always be available on our website, and significant updates may be communicated through email or app notification.
By continuing to use our Platform after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CatchFood operates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that region.
